its bank holiday monday and i cant go out n drink, oh well always next year when am thin hahahah
got quiet a bit of uni work done, and drank soooooo much water, i had 10 pints i am realy peased with mysel, this weeks aim is to stick to 8-10 pints of water a day, hoping for a big loss of 6lb to get me in the 12 stones section
had such a crap few weeks but hopefully things are improving, although this diet is very very hard i can def feel the benefits i have sooo much more energy i love it
anyone reading this thinkin of starting cd, do it!!!
